A. Right of Withdrawal Notice
 

Introduction

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal under the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear declaration (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the withdrawal form template provided below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun to perform the contract after you have:

• expressly agreed that we may start fulfilling the contract before the withdrawal period ends,

• confirmed that you understand that this consent causes your withdrawal right to lapse once performance begins, and

• received a confirmation of the contract, including the above declaration and confirmation of the early expiry of the withdrawal right, on a durable medium.
